Baystar Restaurant Group is the parent company of four Clearwater/St. Petersburg restaurants; Salt Rock Grill, Island Way Grill, Rumba Island Bar & Grill, and Marlin Darlin Key West Grill; as well as Peps Sea Grill located on the Atlantic side in Jupiter, Florida.
